The contact owns a 2016 Mercedes-Benz GTS. The contact stated that on several occasions while driving at various speeds, the vehicle started to lose motive power with the check engine warning light illuminated. Additionally, the contact observed a grinding noise emanating from the engine compartment, and a message appeared that the transmission had failed. The vehicle was restarted but the failure persisted. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where the contact was informed that the transmission needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired…

I COULDN'T GO TO TAKE THE CAR ON A TEST DRIVE. I WAS 3 HOURS AWAY BUT THEY HELP ME GET EVERYTHING DONE ONLINE. AND WHEN I WENT TO GET THE VEHICLE.MY BROTHER NOTICE A BUBBLE ON THE TIRE. TOLD THE REPRESENTATIVE HE SAID HE WILL SEND ME A NEW TIRE. HE SUBMITTED IT THROW THE INSURANCE. AND WHEN I TOOK THE CAR ON DRIVES BRAKES WERE MAKING NOISES. I ASKED HIM HE SAID IT PASSED INSPECTION I TOOK IT TO MERCEDES DEALER AND THEY SAID I NEED BRAKES FOR BACK TIRES AND A NEW BACK TIRE AS WELL CUZ THERE'S BUBBLE ON IT AS WELL.I HAVE 60 DAYS WARRANTY.
