The contact owned a 2022 Mercedes-Benz EQS-Class Sedan. The contact stated that while driving over a bump, the vehicle briefly accelerated unexpectedly. Later, while parked and reaching into the rear seat, the vehicle suddenly accelerated, crossing a concrete barrier, crashing through a glass window, and crashing into a building.
