The contact owned a 2022 Mercedes-Benz EQS-Class Sedan. The contact stated that while driving over a bump, the vehicle briefly accelerated unexpectedly. Later, while parked and reaching into the rear seat, the vehicle suddenly accelerated, crossing a concrete barrier, crashing through a glass window, and crashing into a building. I had a forward collision with 2 cars. My brake has been failed and forward collision warning system failed. I leased the car because of the safety features but I am really disappointed. Since I had my kids in the car with me. It was a really horrible experience and I can't drive the car anymore because of the safety issues.

While exiting the vehicle, the vehicle shut off. The vehicle automatically locked after closing the door. The contact's child became locked inside the vehicle on several occasions.
