Owner report 11325710 · 2020-05-24 (May 24, 2020)
THERE'S A RECALL ON MY CAR FOR THE FUEL PUMP WHICH I WAS NOTIFIED LAST MONTH ABOUT THIS ISSUE. THEY ARE STILL WORKING ON A SOLUTION FOR THE ISSUE BUT THIS ISN'T HAPPENING AS QUICK AS IT SHOULD. I'M CONCERNED DRIVING KNOWING THAT MY CAR COULD POSSIBLY STALL AT ANY MOMENT AS I DRIVE ON ONE THE BUSIEST FREEWAYS IN DALLAS ON A DAILY BASIS. I WOULD LIKE TO SEE IF I COULD HAVE THIS REPAIR EXPEDITED AS I AM CONCERNED FOR MY SAFETY AT THIS POINT. *TR

NOT LONG AFTER PURCHASE I ALWAYS NOTICED THAT THE STEERING WHEEL WAS NEVER STRAIGHT, SEEMED A LITTLE TO THE RIGHT AND WHEN DRIVING ON FREEWAY THE STEERING WHEEL WOULD FEEL AS IF IT STICKS A LITTLE TO THAT POSITION AND WHEN TRYING TO ALIGN THE CAR TO THE LANE, I HAVE TO USE A LITTLE STRENGTH JUST FOR THE STEERING TO MOVE A LITTLE AND THEN IT WOULD FEEL LIKE IT PULLS TO THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION. EVERY TIME THAT HAPPENS IT LOOKS LIKE I'M SWERVING FOR NO REASON AND FEELS VERY UNSAFE SPECIALLY …

Owner report 11340263 · 2020-07-19 (July 19, 2020)
A RECALL NOTICE WAS ISSUED ON JANUARY 12, 2020 TO REPLACE THE FUEL PUMP ON MY LEXUS. I CONTACTED PARKPLACE LEXUS IN GRAPEVINE, TEXAS TWICE AND MOST RECENTLY ABOUT A MONTH AGO AND WAS TOLD THAT THE PARTS HAVE NOT YET ARRIVED. I WAS TOLD THAT THE FUEL PUMP COULD FAIL ABRUPTLY WHILE THE CAR IS BEING DRIVEN POTENTIALLY CAUSING AN ACCIDENT.
