2nd time in last 2 months loss of power steering and all warning lights came on dash while driving. Very difficult to steer and would have not been able to make emergency maneuver. Vehicle was in shop for 30 days for same issue and power steering component was replaced but problem occurred again. If this had occurred when making a turn I would of been unable to control vehicle

The contact owns a 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The contact stated that while driving approximately 75 MPH, the vehicle suddenly lost motive power and decelerated quickly. The contact was able to maneuver the vehicle onto the shoulder before the vehicle stalled and failed to restart. The SUV likes to stall or glitch out when trying to start. Won’t shut off when it goes through this situation. Starter has been replaced and so has battery. Dealership still can’t figure it out. Makes weird noise also that we can’t pin point. Doesn’t happen every start on spontaneously.
