The contact owns a 2018 Jaguar E-Pace. The contact stated that while the vehicle was turned off, the front hazard lights were still blinking. The contact's wife opened the driver's door and there was smoke inside the cabin of the vehicle. The contact stated that the smoke odor was coming from the cabin of the vehicle. ON 7.9.2019 CAR WAS IN ECO MODE. WENT DOWN HILL, STOPPED AT LIGHT TO TURN RIGHT. CAR TURNED OFF AS SHOULD BUT WOULD NOT COME BACK ON. ALMOST GOT REAR ENDED AS, NO POWER TO CAR AS WAS TRYING TO PULL OFF TO SIDE OF ROAD, ALMOST HIT GUARDRAIL BECAUSE COULD NOT TURN WHEEL EASILY AS NO POWER STEERING. CAR WAS IN DRIVE STILL.
