Owner report 11667532 · 2025-06-17 (June 17, 2025)

Description of Incident: While driving on the highway, my 2019 Jaguar E-PACE suddenly and without warning lost power, putting myself and others at serious risk. The vehicle went into limp mode with no prior indication of any issues. Once the failure occurred, a warning message appeared on the dashboard stating “Gearbox Fault,” and the transmission temperature began to rise rapidly. This failure occurred during active highway travel, with no safe shoulder or emergency lane available due to nearby construction. I was nearly rear-ended as I atte…

Owner report 11736462 · 2026-05-08 (May 8, 2026)

My 2019 Jaguar E-PACE is showing code P26CB related to coolant pump performance. The vehicle is experiencing the same coolant/water pump failure symptoms reported in similar Jaguar vehicles, but my VIN was excluded from coverage. This issue creates risk of overheating, engine damage, and possible loss of power while driving. I believe additional affected VINs may not have been included because my vehicle is now showing the same known failure symptoms despite not being covered.

Owner report 11682467 · 2025-08-22 (August 22, 2025)

I own a 2020 Jaguar E-PACE (VIN: [XXXX]). At around 84,000 miles, the vehicle experienced a complete transmission failure that requires over $20,000 in repairs. This failure occurred despite multiple prior visits to the dealership for coolant-related warnings and repairs. The vehicle is less than 5 years old. I believe this may be a manufacturing defect affecting the powertrain or cooling system. The failure poses serious safety concerns, especially considering the sudden loss of power on the road. I request an investigation into this issue. •V…
