Owner report 10187015 · 2007-04-04 (April 4, 2007)

COMPLAINED OF DRIVER'S EYE STRAIN CAUSED BY LED BRAKE LAMP SYSTEMS. IT APPEARS AS THOUGH LED BRAKE LAMPS ARE BECOMING INCREASINGLY COMMON EQUIPMENT ON VEHICLES, SUCH AS NISSAN'S MURANO/INFINITI FX45 , AND SOME CADILLAC MODELS. WHILE FOLLOWING THESE VEHICLES AT NIGHT THE BRAKES LIGHTS CAUSED ME EXCESSIVE EYE STRAIN FROM AN APPARENT LIGHT TRAIL"THAT SHOWS UP IN MY FIELD OF VISION WHEN MY EYES SHIFTS. THIS IS A SIMILAR EFFECT AS THE RAINBOW EFFECT THAT IS EXHIBITED BY SOME DLP PROJECTORS AND TVS. THE ROOT CAUSE IS THAT MOST LED SYSTEMS ARE…

Owner report 10356263 · 2010-09-18 (September 18, 2010)

WE TRADED IN A 2006 INFINITI FX35 FOR A 2010 MODEL. THE 2010 FX35 DOES NOT STOP PROPERLY. WHEN WE TAKE FOOT OFF BRAKE, THE CAR GOES FORWARD ON ITS' OWN AND WHEN WE TAKE FOOT OFF GAS, CAR CONTINUES TO TRAVEL. WE HAVE HAD THE CAR CHECKED BY NISSAN INFINITI OF PALM BEACHES, THEY SAID THE CAR HAS NO PROBLEMS. WE NOTIFIED NISSAN NORTH AMERICA, INC. LARRY ROWE, SPECIALIST DEALER TECH. CAME TO NISSAN INFINITI OF PALM BEACHES. HE TOLD US THE CAR IS PROGRAMMED THIS WAY, BECAUSE THERE WERE PROBLEMS IN THE PAST WITH THE CAR STALLING - WELL NOW IT DOESN'…

Owner report 10436065 · 2011-11-16 (November 16, 2011)

COMPLAINTS ARE AS FOLLOWS: 7 SPEED TRANSMISSION HAS PROBLEMS SHIFTING IN LOW GEARS. SEEMS THAT BETWEEN 3RD & 4TH GEAR CAR HAS A PROBLEM ACCELERATING. I CAN'T MERGE INTO TRAFFIC OR PASS ANOTHER CAR WITHOUT WORRYING THAT THE CAR WILL NOT PICK UP ENOUGH SPEED. I HAVE HAD MANY OCCASIONS WHEN THE CAR BEHIND ME HONKS AND PULLS UP CLOSE TO MY CAR BECAUSE I AM GOING TOO SLOW. EVEN IF I PUSH THE PEDDLE TO THE FLOOR, IT LAGS IN SPEED. IT SEEMS TO BE A PROBLEM WHEN GOING UP AN INCLINE AS WELL. THE CAR ALSO LUNGES FORWARD WHEN I AM COMING TO A STOP. …
