So one thing I have to say is, the vehicle has great pick up. I called 911 and went after him to get his lic plate. When I got to be about 10 car lengths or so, he slammed his brakes. Since I w…

The trailer towing guidance in the 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid owner’s manual is incorrect and would put the driver in a dangerous situation if followed. There are at least two key errors: - Page 6-68 states, “The trailer tongue should weigh a maximum of 10% of the total loaded trailer weight . . .” This is incorrect. For stability, the trailer tongue weight should be a minimum of 10% of the total loaded trailer weight. - The table on page 6-69 lists the maximum trailer weight when equipped with a braking system as 3,500 pounds. However, the t…

5/17/23 took vehicle to Dick Smith Hyundai for navigation issue, after being asked to park in a different spot brakes failed and car crashed into one of the dealer cars. Since owning the car for over 14 months without any brake issue I thought maybe my foot slipped off the brake. When leaving the dealer I tried braking several times with no issue. 5/26/23 while parking the car at a restaurant the brakes failed me again and was obvious not a slip off the brake that caused the car to collide with a tree saving me and my wife from falling down a s…
