Owner report 11515074 · 2023-04-02 (April 2, 2023)

While driving in NC tonite, I was coming to a stop light near road construction. Suddenly my Accord hybrid jerked and stuttered and then stalled out. When I restarted my Accord hybrid the instrument cluster had a large amber warning that my braking system has a problem and that braking may be reduced. Really? And the warning on my instrument cluster also said to take my 2023 Accord hybrid with 248 miles on it, to the dealer. I just bought the vehicle on Feb 28, 2023! Did I buy a lemon?

Owner report 11533957 · 2023-07-23 (July 23, 2023)

While driving I received a message stating the automatic emergency braking, steering assist, lane keeping assist, braking assist, hill hold, adaptive cruise control all we turned off. Additionally regenerative braking was also turned off. This system problem did not clear after the car turned off and back on. The dealership addressed the issue, but unsure of the cause. All codes were cleared and the system was recalibrated. This is the first incident of this type with this vehicle.

Owner report 11541528 · 2023-08-29 (August 29, 2023)

25AUG2023 At 75 mph multiple vehicle systems failed simultaneously and car lost power. Numerous codes were displayed on the dash in succession. Vehicle's loss of power slowed it rather quickly. Messages that I recall being displayed as the car lost power: TPMS; Brake System, Power Steering, Air bag; Vehicle Stability Assist, etc. Small video clip was taken during the event; however, due to obvious safety issues related to trying to move the car safely to the shoulder of the road during morning rush hour traffic, the video is short. Soon af…

Owner report 11651398 · 2025-03-28 (March 28, 2025)

The engine completely stopped while driving on two different occasions, once on I10 freeway and on a busy surface street. Hard to pinpoint the failure either mechanical or electrical. Was inspected by two different Honda dealerships and both found no error messages. On the freeway was extremely dangerous we were lucky to safely get to the shoulder and call AAA. On the most occurrence the engine shut off and caused a traffic jam but after a short time was able to restart with no damage only many angry drivers showing their irritation. There …
