The contact owns a 2022 Grand Design Imagine. The contact stated that while having the RV serviced, the contact was informed that the wires to the front axle brake on the trailer was never connected. No warning light was illuminated. The RV had been diagnosed. The RV was repaired by an independent mechanic. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure but provided no assistance. The failure mileage was approximately 4,000. The VIN was not available.

Timeline of Structural Failures June 11, 2026 , During tire replacement (approx. 6,000 towing miles), a crack at the driver‑side front spring hanger was discovered and photographed. June 15, 2026 , A bent A‑frame brace behind the battery tray was observed during travel, indicating front‑frame deformation.
