Owner report 11609843 · 2024-08-20 (August 20, 2024)

Left rear tail lamp failed after only 90 miles. It is available for inspection upon request. This tail lamp also contains the left turn signal, so when turning left, the signal flashes faster. The dealership has been notified of the issue and has inspected the issue in question. There were no warning lamps indicating the lamp was not functioning until I turned my left turn signal on. Now, there is a check left tail lamp indicator every time I use my left turn signal. I have been waiting on the replacement part for approximately 6 weeks …

Owner report 11710489 · 2026-01-12 (January 12, 2026)

I experienced the brakes squeaking on and off for a few weeks this past summer. When at the dealership for an oil change, I was told the brakes pads were still good and the squeaking is common, especially during hot humid weather. Since then, I have lost the brakes twice. Both times, the pedal went all the way to the floor without resistance and after a few seconds, they came back like nothing happened. There was no warning at all. I have also experienced a complete blackout on my dashboard for about 30 minutes without known reason. On a separa…

Owner report 11603614 · 2024-07-21 (July 21, 2024)

2024 brand new Acadia Denali trim with 1k miles was brought in to the dealership because of 'popping' and 'grinding' noise when turning, most loudest when turning to and from the right. It was also very much felt on the steering wheel. Dealer took apart the front right strut assembly and said that it was not 'installed' properly, causing the springs to hit the fender everytime the wheels turned. They inspected it said that nothing needed to be replaced, installed it properly, test drove it and determined that it was fixed. Driving home, I spe…

Owner report 11616573 · 2024-09-26 (September 26, 2024)

Safety Restraint System Service light alert comes on at start up. I purchased this vehicle july 20th and returned vehicle to dealer for service on sept.5. I was informed the steering wheel air bag and coil are faulty. The repair parts are on back order and would take at least 5-6 months to get. I contacted GM customer service and was told the air bag system should still function according to GM. I have had this vehicle @ 2months, I don't feel comfortable letting my wife drive this vehicle or transporting my grandkids in it.

Owner report 11727317 · 2026-03-26 (March 26, 2026)

I purchased this vehicle in June 2024 as a demo vehicle with approximately 7,000 miles on it. Within one month of ownership, the vehicle began experiencing serious problems that have continued to worsen. The vehicle currently has approximately 34,000 miles, and the issues have been ongoing from the time of purchase through the present. Since purchasing the vehicle, it has been in the dealership multiple times for the same recurring problems, including but not limited to: * Powertrain issues and loss of power * Reduced acceleration while driving…
