The contact stated while driving at various speeds on the highway, the vehicle jerked to the left or to the right, which required the contact to hold the steering wheel tightly for safety. There was no warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer to be diagnosed, but the cause of the failure could not be determined. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. I was driving a 2025 Genesis GV80 loaner vehicle at approximately 65-70mph when I began to hear a loud noise and feel shaking consistent with a tire issue. A tire pressure warning appeared on the dashboard. I immediately slowed down and attempted to safely move to the shoulder of the road. While trying to pull over, the vehicles lane keeping assist appeared to resist my steering input, making it difficult to move fully onto the shoulder. The contact depressed the brake pedal and was able to turn back in the intended direction. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, where the contact was advised that the failure could not be replicated. The vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The contact stated that the failure was a recurring failure. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 3,000.
