Genesis G70 problems and owner complaints

I CAN FEEL A "POPPING" IN MY HANDS THROUGH THE STEERING WHEEL WHEN TURNING THE WHEEL ONE OR TWO DEGREES LEFT OR RIGHT. THIS HAPPENS WHEN STANDING AT A LIGHT (FOOT ON BRAKE), IN PARK, MOVING LESS THAN 10MPH, AND EVEN WITH THE CAR OFF. THE POPPING CAN ALSO BE FELT BELOW THE STALKS ON THE STEERING COLUMN. THERE IS ALSO A POPPING SOUND OR "CLICK" THAT IS MOST EASILY HEARD WHEN THE CAR IS OFF. AT AROUND 8:45 A.M. ON JAN. 19, 2020, I LEFT MY HOUSE, DROVE TO THE ENTRANCE OF THE SUBDIVISION, AND TURNED LEFT ONTO THE CITY STREET. BECAUSE OF THE BAD WEATHER IN EARLIER HOURS, I KNEW THAT THE ROAD WAS RATHER ICY. SO I WAS EXTRA CAUTIOUS AND ESTIMATE MY SPEED WAS AROUND 25 MPH (POSTED SPEED LIMIT IS 40 MPH). Engine stalled when stopped at a traffic light. There was heavy traffic in front and to the rear of my vehicle. I was in the far right lane. It was 102 degrees outside. I was able to restart the vehicle about two minutes after the initial stall. I was then able to drive the vehicle to my home where it was then towed to the nearest Genesis dealer. No warning lights. WHEN BRAKING THE STEERING WHEEL, BRAKE PEDAL, AND EVENTUALLY THE WHOLE CAR PULSES/SHAKES/VIBRATES. WHEN I HAD MY FIRST MAINTENANCE, I TOLD THE DEALER ABOUT IT AND THEY TEMPORALLY FIXED IT BY SHAVING THE ROTORS. IT COMES WITH BREMO CALIPERS BUT NOT BREMO PADS, ROTORS, ETC. I'VE SPOKEN WITH A LOT OF PEOPLE OVER SOCIAL MEDIA AND A LOT OF PEOPLE HAVE THIS SAME ISSUE AND THE ONLY THING THAT SEEMS TO BEING DONE IS SHAVING AND REPLACING THE ROTORS/PADS WITH THE SAME ONES THAT HAVE THE ISSUE.
