Owner report 11653801 · 2025-04-10 (April 10, 2025)
My brand new truck with 3500 miles when the cruise control is set to a speed the truck will randomly accelerate un commanded. This occurs when for no reason the cruise control will select 95 MPH if you at 75 MPH. It will do this at any speed selected. This uncommanded speed can occur multiple times within minutes or can late as long as 30 minutes. Also this uncommanded speed can also occur at lower speed set in the cruise control. This can only be corrected by hitting the brake. This is especially dangerous in traffic and on curves. This has h…

Owner report 11664339 · 2025-06-02 (June 2, 2025)
Loss on all braking systems. Multiple warning lights including on dash. Brakes will become spongy and not stop or lock up all 4 wheels at slightest touch. Taken to dealer who provided a service memo SSM 53683 which basically says vehicle unable to power down and no fix available. Ford is aware of the problem and has done nothing to fix this despite multiple phone calls and emails. This is a significant safety issue Vehicle is also brand new will less than 1000 miles on it

Owner report 11683658 · 2025-08-28 (August 28, 2025)
The Ford BlueCruise system almost got my family and myself rear ended with possibly a major injury to death. On our way to San Antonio, Texas from Houston, Texas we were driving across [XXX] withe the BlueCruise engaged. Then out of no where it started giving me the message to place my hands on the steering wheel. My hands were on the steering wheel. It gave me the message 3 times. Then it shook the steering wheel at the same time flashing Resume control. Then it slammed on the brakes. Luckily the truck behind us was paying attention and sla…

Owner report 11694608 · 2025-10-20 (October 20, 2025)
On October 8, 2025, my wife and I purchased a 2025 Ford F-150 Lariat, 3.5L Full Hybrid, with Ford's BlueCruise hands-free driving feature. As first-time users, I reviewed the owner's manual and Ford’s videos to understand BlueCruise. After several uses, I noted unpredictable behavior and now report a serious safety issue warranting federal investigation. On October 15, 2025, while driving north on I-95 near Boston with BlueCruise engaged in hands-free mode on an approved route, I pressed the Memory 1 recall button to adjust my seat. A chime so…

Owner report 11652914 · 2025-04-05 (April 5, 2025)
When backing Ford f-150 up on any kind of an incline rear end is locked up for about ten seconds causing a safety risk. When shifting from reverse to drive. Does not do this on a flat surface. Have almost been hit three times now by cars coming around the corner of my street. Does not throw a code. Been at dealership a couple weeks. Dealership sent tech to house to observe. Did it every time! Truck only has 800 miles on it.

Owner report 11701316 · 2025-11-24 (November 24, 2025)
My 2025 F-150 Tremor (5.0 V8, 402A package with modular front bumper) has a large open area in the front bumper. Through this opening you can clearly see the front of the engine and related components. This appears to be a design issue rather than a one-off build problem. Other 2025 Tremor owners with the same 402A modular bumper are reporting the same concern and asking whether a cover is missing from the factory. My concern is that the exposed opening could allow rocks, road debris, or off-road obstacles to directly impact vital components …
