The contact owns a 2021 Ford E-450. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 22V089000 (Steering, Service Brakes, Hydraulic). The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, several unknown warning lights illuminated. The vehicle then experienced a loss of power steering assist. The dealer was made aware of the failure but informed the contact that they were not equipped to perform recall repairs on RVs. The contact owns 2021 Ford E-450. The contact stated that while driving at various speeds on the freeway, the contact mentioned that any time another vehicle or object was near the vehicle, it lost steering capabilty. The contact would have to regain control of the steering wheel in order for the steering wheel to resume back to normal. No warning light illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed and kept for three days however unable to duplicate the issue. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure recurred. The ma…

2021 ENTEGRA ODYSSEY. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO SAFETY RECALL 20V-780. THE CONSUMER STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED DURING A FLOOR REPAIR. THE FRONT WINDOW SHADE, THERE WAS A LEAK UNDER THE BATHROOM VANITY,, AND THE VANITY TRIM WAS DAMAGED. THE CONSUMER ALSO STATED THE DEALER WAS SUPPOSED TO ORDER PARTS TO COMPLETE THE RECALL REPAIR. THE DEALER STALLED ON ORDERING THE NECESSARY PARTS.
