LEAF SPRING BRACKET BROKE WHILE GOING 65MPH. BROKEN LEAF SPRING BRACKET CAUSED DRIVER'S REAR TIRE TO BLOWOUT. FRONT PASSENGER TRIE BLEW OUT DUE TO VEHICLE SHIFTING. FLEETWOOD WAS NOTIFIED. THIS WAS THE SECOND INCIDENT AND REPLACEMENT. PLEASE PROVIDE MORE INFORMATION.*AK
