Owner report 10882795 · 2016-07-05 (July 5, 2016)
THE REAR BRAKE ON THIS BIKE SIMPLY DOES NOT WORK. IT CREATES A SERIOUS HAZARD WHILE OPERATING THE MACHINE. I AM A MOTORCYCLE MECHANIC AND HAVE PROPERLY BLED THE HYDRAULIC SYSTEM WITH VERY LITTLE SUCCESS. AFTER THE BLEED PROCEDURE, I CAN FEEL A VERY SLIGHT DRAG WHEN THE PEDAL IS DEPRESSED TO ITS MAXIMUM. NO WHERE NEAR ENOUGH PRESSURE TO STOP THE MOTORCYCLE ON A STEEP INCLINE FROM A STOP. WHICH IS WHERE IT'S NEEDED MOST. FROM A STOP, ON A HILL I REPLY ON THE REAR BRAKE AND NOW I AM FORCED INTO A DANGEROUS SITUATION OF MODULATING THE FRONT BRAKES …

Owner report 11399025 · 2021-03-03 (March 3, 2021)
THE FIRST ISSUE ON MY DUCATI IS THE REAR BRAKE NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY FOR MANY YEARS NOW. THE REAR BRAKE DOES NOT STOP MY BIKE IN A SAFE DISTANCE AND WHEN WARMED UP WHILE RIDING IT IS VERY SQUISHY AND DOES NOT LOCK UP EVEN WHEN EXTREME PRESSURE IS APPLIED. I HAVE CHANGED THE FLUID RELIGIOUSLY MULTIPLE TIMES A YEAR AND HAVE REPLACED THE BRAKE PADS AND ROTORS WHICH THE SAME RESULTS WITH ALL BRAND NEW EQUIPMENT! THE REAR FLUID LOCATION IS IN MY OPINION THE ISSUE...THE FLUID HEATS UP AND BREAKS DOWN, PREVENTING IT FROM FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. …

Owner report 11231816 · 2019-07-14 (July 14, 2019)
MOTORCYCLE IS DESIGNED WITH KEYLESS FOB. FOB WILL NOT ALWAYS ACTIVATE THE DASHBOARD AS DESIGNED. BATTERY IN THE FOB AND THE MOTORCYCLE ARE LESS THAN 1 YEAR OLD. THE FOB'S BATTERY TESTS GOOD USING A BATTERY TESTER. THE BIKE BASICALLY LEAVES YOU STRANDED WHEN YOU LEAST EXPECT IT. SOMETIMES YOU CAN GET IT TO ACTIVATE BY HOLDING IT IN A CERTAIN SPOT, BUT NOT 100% OF THE TIME. VERY UNRELIABLE. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO WALK UP THE BIKE WITH FOB IN YOUR POCKET, AND IT SHOULD DETECT ITS PRESENCE. IT COST ME A $50 TOW. WHEN TOWED TO THE DEALERSHIP,…
