POWER STEERING ASSIST SYSTEM FAILED. STEERING ALL BUT LOCKED UP. LUCKILY WE WERE ON A STRAIGHT ROAD. IF WE WERE ON A CURVED ROAD, WE MOST LIKELY WOULD HAVE HAD AN ACCIDENT, BECAUSE WE COULD NOT TURN THE STEERING WHEEL. I RECENTLY SUBMITTED AN ON LINE FORM ABOUT A VEHICLE I HAVE THAT HAD A SAFETY PROBLEM THAT SHOULD BE A RECALL BUT IT ISN'T. I RECEIVED AN ANSWER THAT JUST REFERRED ME TO A HOT LINE NUMBER TO CALL. SINCE I AM HEARING IMPAIRED, THE PHONE DOES NOT WORK FOR ME, DO YOU HAVE AN ADDRESS WHERE I CAN SEND A LETTER WITH ALL MY DETAILS? I WOULD APPRECIATE AN ADDRESS THAT I CAN WRITE A LETTER TO.
