Owner report 11534732 · 2023-07-27 (July 27, 2023)

While driving I got "rear seat alert" followed by "Car Shutting down in 9 secs" message, it happened twice. The first time on Northern State Highway in NY. I was driving with my family, and the car unexpectedly shutdown happened. Nothing worked, I had no power, no steering, no brakes, all gone. Our luck was that I was already on the right lane and just had to let the car stop in the curbside. Because of the messages, we thought the rear door was opened or something. After a few minutes, after several tries, the engine started, and we exit the …

Owner report 11626402 · 2024-11-20 (November 20, 2024)

We were driving on the interstate at approximately 70 mph when our car gave the warning, "Stop Soon. Vehicle will shut off." A turtle warning light also lit up. We pulled over to the side of the road and turned the car off. After a few minutes, we were able to turn the car back on and drive home, though the check engine light was then on. We took it to the dealer the next day, with the check engine light still on, and the dealer was unable to reproduce or diagnose the problem. They said there were so many warning codes that they could not deter…

Owner report 11609797 · 2024-08-20 (August 20, 2024)

We have had our 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Plug-In Hybrid since [XXX]. This was a factory ordered vehicle. There have been no indications that there is any issue with the vehicle. About a week ago while driving the vehicle a warning came on the speedometer screen that said "Pull over safely the vehicle is about to turn off". The check engine light also came on. Once the vehicle was pulled over to the side of the road and stopped the vehicle turned itself off. After waiting a few minutes the vehicle was able to be restarted and driven about 5 minute…

With driver seated in the driver's seat, a child entered the vehicle and pressed the "Stow 'n Go Assist" button, instead of the "door close" button. By pushing the Stow ‘n Go Assist feature, the front seat will move forward automatically to allow the second-row seat to be stowed. Pressing the button again moves the front seat back to its starting position" The driver's seat, while occupied, still moved forward, pinning t…
