CHECK ENGINE WARNING LIGHT CAME ON THEN IMMEDIATELY LOST ALL ENGINE POWER COMPLETELY STALLED), ELECTRICAL (EXCEPT HEADLIGHTS), POWER STEERING, POWER BRAKES. ENGINE WOULD NOT RESTART AFTER VEHICLE STOPPED (WENT INTO WALK HOME MODE), NOT EVEN THE HORN WOULD WORK! POWER STEERING LINES RUST THROUGH AND SPRAY DOWN MOTOR COMPARTMENT. GM ALSO HAS A KNOWN ISSUE WITH THE THROTTLE BODY SWITCHES NOT FUNCTIONING CORRECTLY CAUSING SERIOUS LOSS OF POWER IMMEDIATELY AND HAS A SERVICE BULLETIN, BUT ONLY HONORED IF LESS THAN 120K MILES AND THAT PUT MY TRUCK OUT.

I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE TRUCKS BRAKES APPLING THEMSELVES WHILE DRIVING. TOOK THE VEHICLE TO THE DEALER LAST YEAR AND THE REPLACED THE FRONT BRAKES, BRAKES, ROTORS. CALIPERS, LNES . SEEMED TO HELP BUT STILL HAD A PROBLEM WITH BRAKES NOT RELEASING COMPLETE ONE OR ONE WHEELS APPLING BRAKE PRESSURE AT TIMES. HAS GOTTEN WORSE BUT INTERMITTENT. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2010 CHEVROLET SILVERADO 2500. WHILE DRIVING VARIOUS SPEEDS, THE TRANSMISSION COOLANT LINES LEAKED OIL ONTO THE EXHAUST. THE CONTACT SMELLED SMOKE UNDER THE VEHICLE ALONG THE PASSENGER SIDE.
