Intermittent shifting problems. Is stuttering when shifting. There seems to be an ongoing problem according to online and G M itself why isn't this recalled. There is no starting point it is intermittent on going. At the 1st instance they recorded it but it didn't get fixed and now they want to see it happening again but it's intermittent how many times do I have to go back

The contact owns a 2020 Cadillac XT6. The contact stated while driving at 35 MPH, the vehicle lost power. The vehicle was restarted from the Cadillac App via phone. The contact stated that during the second failure " The steering assist is reduced drive with care" warning message and the check engine warning light illuminated. The contact stated she called On-Star where she was informed the tire pressure, the engine, and the transmission needed attention. Transmission shudder at low RPMs. Feels like transmission should down shift sooner, but it shudders and shakes until RPMs get up higher. Does it when RPMs are around the 1500 mark. Vehicle almost seems like it will stall unless you give it more fuel to get RPMs up higher.

Vehicle has a high-pitched whining noise when cold. Vehicle also has a transmission shutter problem at lower RPM. I do not think the two are related rather than two separate incidences. But cannot be confirmed that they are two separate. Maybe one problem only. I do have video of this happening. Cannot upload a video though.
