TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 CADILLAC SRX. WHILE SHIFTING INTO REVERSE, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED FORWARD, CRASHED INTO A STORE, AND STRUCK ONE PERSON. THE PERSON STRUCK BY THE VEHICLE SUSTAINED BROKEN RIBS THAT REQUIRED MEDICAL ATTENTION. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 73,000.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 CADILLAC SRX. WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, A LOUD NOISE WAS HEARD FROM THE STEERING WHEEL. THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME STIFF AND REQUIRED EXCESSIVE FORCE IN ORDER TO MANEUVER THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE OCCURRED WITHOUT WARNING. THE CONTACT CALLED THE DEALER AND WAS INFORMED THAT SHE WOULD NEED TO PAY FOR THE REPAIR. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT IT WAS THE CONTACT'S RESPONSIBILITY TO PAY FOR THE REPAIR AND PROVIDED CASE NUMBER: 8-909379197…
