I have had multiple instances of brake failure while driving this car and it is to a point where I've been directed by my attorney to not drive the vehicle anymore. First instance of possible serious injury or death occurred on 1/15/2024: I brought the vehicle in to Audi of Iowa City because the brakes did not feel reliable. Several days before I brought the vehicle in, I was going 35 MPH and had the pedal all the way to the floor before it would stop. The ABS kicked on to stop the vehicle. This happened on dry pavement.
