I have had multiple instances of brake failure while driving this car and it is to a point where I've been directed by my attorney to not drive the vehicle anymore. First instance of possible serious injury or death occurred on 1/15/2024: I brought the vehicle in to Audi of Iowa City because the brakes did not feel reliable. On [XXX], the vehicles safety systems (emergency braking, cross traffic warning, forward collision warning) failed to function allowing the vehicle to hit a cross traffic vehicle in a parking lot. The safety system failed again after the first collision allowing the vehicle to continue driving forward to hit a second parked vehicle. Details of the incident is available by Geico claim [XXX]. Purchased new 2022 Audi e-tron GT RS vehicle from Audi on September 30, 2022. The car was shipped directly to arrived at home on October 12, 2022. always had his vehicle serviced at Audi. Almost immediately after purchase, began to have issues with the vehicle. At 237 miles the vehicle began to independently and randomly shut off or shift into neutral.
