I COULD HAVE DIED. FOR 7 MONTHS MY 2014 ZERO SR HAS BEEN WAITING ON ZERO SERVICE. I WAS ORIGINALLY TOLD A NEW BATTERY WAS NEEDED. MOTORCYCLE WOULD NOT ACCELERATE PAST 50-55MPH AND RANGE HAD FALLEN FROM 70-90 MILES TO LESS THEN 20 MILES. ZERO MADE EXCUSES FOR MONTHS WHY THEY COULDN'T PROPERLY SERVICE. I SPOKE WITH AN AARON SEVERAL TIMES, ALSO ZACK. ZERO THEN REPLACED THE CONTROLLER CLAIMING IT WAS DEFECTIVE AND THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS WITH THE BATTERY. I FINALLY RECEIVED THE SR BACK AND IN HEAVY TRAFFIC, THE MOTORCYCLE DROPPED FROM A FULL CHARGE …
