The contact owns a 2020 Zero SR/S motorcycle. The contact stated that while riding at an undisclosed speed and coming to a full stop, the rear brake was applied; however, the motorcycle rolled backward. The motorcycle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the rear brake and caliper were engaged while riding, causing the rear brake and caliper to melt.
