The contact owns a 2021 Zero SR/S Motorcycle. The contact stated while riding 40 MPH with the motorcycle in Eco Mode, he released the throttle and felt the motorcycle stall and lose power. The contact was able to pull over. The motorcycle was taken to the dealer and the battery and control unit were replaced; however, the motorcycle was not functioning as designed. The contact owns a 2020 Zero SR/S motorcycle. The contact stated that while riding at an undisclosed speed and coming to a full stop, the rear brake was applied; however, the motorcycle rolled backward. The motorcycle was taken to the dealer where it was diagnosed that the rear brake and caliper were engaged while riding, causing the rear brake and caliper to melt.
