WHILE DRIVING ON INTERSTATE 85 TRUCK STARTED MAKING NOISE AND COOLANT LIGHT CAME ON. AFTER OPENING HOOD NOTICE FAN DISLODGED AND COOLANT COMPLETELY GONE FROM RADIATOR. CALLED A REPAIR SHOP WHO DIAGNOSED THE FAN HUB BEARING HAD FAILED CAUSING THE FAN TO BREAK THEN CAUSING A CHAIN REACTION OF OTHER PARTS SUCH AS PENETRATING A HOLE IN RADIATOR AND POSSIBLY TURBO AIR TUBES AND OTHER MINOR HOSES AND BELTS AND REPLACEMENT OF FLUIDS TRANSMISSION AND COOLANT. TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 VOLVO VN. WHILE THE VEHICLE WAS STOPPED HE DISENGAGED THE CLUTCH AND THE VEHICLE BEGAN TO MOVE FORWARD. HE APPLIED PRESSURE TO THE BRAKE PEDAL BUT THE VEHICLE CONTINUED TO MOVE FORWARD UNTIL HE SHUT THE ENGINE OFF. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE HE WAS INFORMED THAT THE CLUTCH SPRING BROKE AND IT WAS REPAIRED. THE FAILURE DID NOT RECUR.
