THE SELF CANCELING TURN SIGNALS DON'T FUNCTION SAFELY DURING TURNING MANEUVERS. *NM STATIONARY SPLASH GUARD MOUNTED OVER THE STEERING TIRES BLOCKED SAFE ACCESS TO THE OUTER WINDSHIELD AND PROHIBITED WINDSHIELD CLEANING. IT TOOK 95 POUNDS OF FORCE TO PRESS THE CLUTCH PEDAL. THE GEARSHIFT STICK WAS MOUNTED TOO FAR TO THE RIGHT AND TO FAR TOO THE REAR, RELATIVE TO THE LOCATION OF THE DRIVER'S SEAT. THE DRIVER'S SEAT IS MOUNTED TOO FAR FORWARD. THE RIGHT FRONT POWER REARVIEW MIRRORS WERE NOT MOUNTED SECURELY IN THEIR HOUSINGS AND AS A RESULT …

TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2004 VOLVO 780. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 68 MPH AND ATTEMPTING TO PASS A VEHICLE, THE STEERING WHEEL DID NOT RESPOND. THERE WERE NO WARNING INDICATORS ILLUMINATED. THE VEHICLE KEPT DRIVING FORWARD UNTIL IT COLLIDED WITH A MEDIAN AND FINALLY STOPPED. THE ENTIRE DRIVER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE WAS DAMAGED, INCLUDING THE DRIVER SIDE HEADLIGHT AND THE BOTTOM OF THE VEHICLE. THERE WERE NO INJURIES REPORTED. DT: THE CONSUMER HAS A 2004 VOLVO 670 TRACTOR. WAS HAVING A PROBLEM WITH THE AIR ROD THAT HELD UP AIR BAGS FOR THE AIR BAG SYSTEM, SUSPENSION, THE ROD SLIPPED AND FELL, CAUSING THE AIRBAGS DROP. WHEN THE AIRBAGS DROPPED WITH A TRAILER ON THE TRUCK IT CAUSED ALL THE WEIGHT OF THE TRAILER TO BE CONCENTRATED ON THE REAR OF THE TRUCK DUE TO THE AIRBAGS DROPPING AND LETTING THE REAR OF TRUCK LOWER.
