TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2009 VICTORY KINGPIN MOTORCYCLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE BRAKING TO A STOP, THE VEHICLE ACCELERATED INDEPENDENTLY. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER. THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO DIAGNOSE THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE BUT DID NOT OFFER ANY ASSISTANCE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. 2009 POLARIS/VICTORY KINGPIN LOW: PURCHASED NEW 11MAY2010 WITH 4 MILES. ON 14MAY2010 THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND THE ENGINE STOPPED BRIEFLY CAUSING THE MOTORCYCLE TO BRIEFLY AND QUICKLY SLOW CONSIDERABLY, CAUSING A "LURCHING" FEEL. I THOUGHT IT WAS POSSIBLE LOW ON GAS AND FILLED IT WITH GAS. ON 15MAY2010 IT DID THIS AGAIN SEVERAL TIMES, USUALLY IN EARLY 1ST OR EARLY 2ND GEAR. ON THIS DATE THE ENGINE ALSO BEGAN SURGING AS THE CLUTCH WAS ENGAGED AND THE MOTORCYCLE CAME TO A STOP. IT WOULD SURGE APPROXIMATELY 10 TIMES AS IT CAME TO AN IDL…
