2011 WINNEBAGO ITASCA. CONSUMER WRITES IN REGARDS TO VEHICLE STEPS FAILED TO EXTEND. *SMD THE CONSUMER STATED THE RV HAD BEEN PARKED FOR TWO MONTHS. THE CONSUMER DISCOVERED THE BATTERY WAS DEAD. HE USED THE TRICKLE CHARGER TO START THE RV, AS HE WAS INSTRUCTED TO DO, IF THE UNIT DID NOT START. THE NEXT DAY, THE CONSUMER OPENED THE DOOR AND DID NOT NOTICE THE STEPS FAILED TO EXTEND, WHICH RESULTED IN HIM FALLING OUT OF THE UNIT AND INJURING HIS SHOULDER IN THE PROCESS. HE CONTACTED THE TECHNICIANS TO GET AN EXPLANATION AS TO WHY THE CHASSIS…
