SINCE THE PURCHASE OF THIS VEHICLE IT HAS AN UNCONTROLLABLE CAB SWAY FROM SIDE TO SIDE DUE TO THE LACK OF STABILITY IN THE SHOCK SYSTEM. VIN. N9318245. TWO OUT OF THREE VOLVO DEALERSHIPS STATE NO PROBLEM OR A PROBLEM THEY CANT FIX. ONE DEALERSHIP, DAYTON OHIO REPLACED REAR CAB SHOCKS WHICH SUBSEQUENTLY GAVE MINOR IMPROVEMENTS. TL* THE CONTACT OWNED A 2016 VOLVO 780. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 65 MPH, THE CONTACT FELT LIGHTHEADED AND STEERED THE VEHICLE INTO THE MEDIAN. THE VEHICLE CRASHED INTO TREES, FLIPPED OVER, AND LANDED ON THE DRIVER'S SIDE. THE AIR BAGS DID NOT DEPLOY. A POLICE REPORT WAS FILED. THE CONTACT SUSTAINED A CUT ON THE RIGHT LOWER CHIN THAT REQUIRED STITCHES, A FEW CUTS ON THE NOSE AND BOTH SIDES OF THE FACE, WHIPLASH, AND BRUISED EYES.
