TL*THE CONTACT LEASED A 2009 VOLVO 780. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE DRIVING 55 MPH, THE STEERING WHEEL BECAME VERY DIFFICULT TO TURN. THE CONTACT TRIED TO TURN RIGHT AND LOST CONTROL. ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE CAME TO CHANGE THE DRAG LINKS AND THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL REPAIR SHOOP WHERE THE FRONT STEERING LINKS, AXLE ALIGNMENT AND TIRES WERE REPLACED. THE VIN WAS UNAVAILABLE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS UNKNOWN.

UNABLE TO TURN THE STEERING WHEEL UNLESS EXTRA FORCE IS USED. MUST MAKE 2 OR 3 ATEMPS TO TURN WHEELS INORDER TO PARK CAR VERTICALLY OR MAKE A U-TURN. VERY DANGEROUS . IT DOES NOT MAKE ANY DIFFERENCE WHERE ON WHERE I AM, FROM AN ALMOST STANDING OR VERY SLOW DRIVING IT IS A MAJOR DANGER. TCITY STREET, DRIVEWAY, HIGHWAY THE SAME THING HAPPENS EVEN PULLING INTO AND OUR OF DIAGNOL PARKING SPACES.
