TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1982 TOYOTA DOLPHIN RV (N.A). THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE AXLE ON THE VEHICLE WAS INADEQUATE TO HOLD THE PROPER WEIGHT. THE VEHICLE WAS INCLUDED IN AN UNKNOWN MANUFACTURER RECALL WHICH REPLACED THE HALF TON AXLE WITH A ONE TON AXLE INSTEAD. THE CAMPER WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE FAILURE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 83,983.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 1982 TOYOTA PICKUP. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE TRUCK WAS NOT EQUIPPED WITH THE DUAL AXLE AND ONLY EQUIPPED WITH A SINGLE AXLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. UPON INVESTIGATION, THE CONTACT ASSOCIATED THE FAILURE WITH NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 91V061000 (POWER TRAIN) HOWEVER, THE VIN WAS NOT INCLUDED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS INFORMED OF FAILURE AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VIN WAS NOT UNDER RECALL.
