CONSUMER STATED HIS MOTORCYCLE HAS RECENTLY EXPERIENCED A SERIOUS LIFE THREATENING CONDITION OF 4TH GEAR ENGINE STALL CUT OFF AFTER LONG TERM (EIGHT PLUS HOURS) HIGH AMBIENT TEMPERATURE EXPOSURE. *LN THE CONSUMER STATED HE TRIED TO RE-START THE MOTORCYCLE, BUT TO NO AVAIL. AFTER TURNING OFF THE IGNITION SWITCH, HE WAITED A FEW MINUTES AND IT FINALLY, BUT VERY RELUCTANTLY STARTED. HE PROCEEDED BACK ONTO THE HIGHWAY, ONLY TO EXPERIENCE THE ENGINE STALL, FOR SECOND TIME AS HE WAS SHIFTING THROUGH THE GEARS.…

MOTORCYCLE SINCE NEW STALLS UPON SHIFTING INTO FOURTH GEAR AND LETTING THE CLUTCH OUT TO APPLY ENGINE POWERWHILE RIDING DOWN A STRAIGHT ROAD . HAPPENS WHEN AIR TEMP IS 80+DEGREES OUT AND THE ENGINE HAS RECENTLY BEEN STARTED (<3MINS). IT USED TO NOT BE A PROBLEM AS ON HOT DAYS LEAVING WORK IT WOULD STALL EVERY ONCE AND A WHILE WHILE DRIVING OFF THE MILITARY BASE. HAVING SINCE MOVED TO FL IT IS STALLING REGULARLY ON A BUSY 45MPH FOUR LANE ROAD. IT USUALLY TAKES 10-15 SEC TO GET IT RUNNING AGAIN AS IT WILL STALL AGAIN WHILE STILL TRAVELING DOWN TH…
