FIRESTONE, FT-70 C, P205/70R14, DOT UNKNOWN, REPLACEMENT TIRE WITH 5-6000 MILES ON A 1984,, MAZDA PICKUP. PASSENGERS FRONT TIRE WENT FLAT WHILE PARKED. NOTICED A 1/2 INCH SPLIT IN SIDEWALL. ON 15 OCT 2001, FRONT DRIVERS TIRE WENT FLAT, AND HAD A 1/2 SPLIT. 5000-6000 MILES . *AK *SLC
