I WAS INVOLVED IN A COLLISION WHERE I REAR ENDED THE VEHICLE IN FRONT OF ME. THE COLLISION OCCURED IN A 45 MPH ZONE. AS A RESULT I SUSTAINED A CONCUSSION AND WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL.
