DOORS OPEN BY ITSELF DURING DRIVING. THIS ALREADY HAPPENS TO MY LEXUS NX 200T 2017 MODEL TWICE THIS YEAR. THE FIRST TIME HAPPENED ON THE FREEWAY INTERCHANGE. I WAS GETTING TO A LEFT TURN FREEWAY INTERCHANGE, THE REAR RIGHT DOOR AT MY KID'S CAR SEAT SIDE OPENED BY ITSELF. MY DAUGHTER WAS SO SCARED AND MY WIFE HELD THE DOOR BY HAND UNTIL WE LEFT THE FREEWAY AND PARKED. THE SECOND TIME HAPPENED WHEN I MADE A RIGHT TURN TO A PARKING STRUCTURE FROM THE LOCAL STREET, THE LEFT DOOR AT THE DRIVER SIDE WAS SWING-OUT OPEN BY ITSELF. I WAS LUCKY THE…

WHILE PARKED I NOTICED DROPS OF COOLANT IN MY GARAGE. WATER PUMP HAD FAILED AND SPEWED ALL OVER THE ENGINE. FAN MOTOR WAS BURNED OUT. ONE OF THE FANS ALSO WAS BROKE. ALL AT THE SAME TIME. I BELIEVE THE WATER PUMP FAILURE CAUSED THE FAN MOTOR TO BE DAMAGED. I DON'T KNOW HOW LONG I HAD BEEN DRIVING LIKE THAT SINCE IT DIDN'T OVERHEAT. THIS COULD HAPPEN TO OTHERS AND THEY MAY NOT BE IN A SAFE LOCATION WHEN IT HAPPENS.
