TL*THE CONTACT OWNED A 2007 KAWASAKI VULCAN 2000 MOTORCYCLE. THE CONTACT FILED A COMPLAINT IN 2008 PERTAINING TO A GRINDING NOISE HE HEARD WHILE DRIVING. HE ALSO STATED THAT THE VEHICLE WOULD WOBBLE VIOLENTLY. THE DEALER INSPECTED THE VEHICLE AND STATED THAT THERE WAS AN UNKNOWN SPRAY THAT WAS NEEDED IN ORDER TO BREAK IN THE BELTS ON THE VEHICLE. THE CONTACT HAD THE BELTS SPRAYED WITH THE UNKNOWN SUBSTANCE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER AT LEAST THREE TIMES AND IT WAS IN THE SHOP FOR OVER TWO MONTHS. THE DEALER SPRAYED ROAD GRIME OF…
