While traveling on [XXX] from Orlando to Longboat Key, FL on [XXX] at approximately [XXX], with approximately 10,000 miles on the vehicle, our roof-mounted solar panel detached from the pop-top roof at highway speed. Weather conditions were clear, calm, and dry. We did not realize the panel had detached until we stopped several hours later, at which point we discovered the panel was gone and a 16 - inch hole had been torn into the pop-top roof. 23V325000 · Equipment:Recreational Vehicle/Trailer | Fuel System, Gasoline:Delivery:Hoses, Lines/Piping, And Fittings

Reported: 2023-05-04 (May 4, 2023)

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2021-2024 Ethos, Expanse, Solstice, and Swift Class B recreational vehicles, equipped with certain Cummins Onan QG 2800i, and Onan QG 2800i EVAP generator sets. The fuel hose between the inline fuel filter and the Injection Pump Module (IPM) may have inadequate clamp force, possibly resulting in a gasoline leak.

Consequence: A gas leak in the presence of an ignition source may increase the risk of fire.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect, and replace the fuel hose and clamp, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 15, 2023. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267.

24V160000 · Electrical System:12v/24v/48v Battery | Electrical System

Reported: 2024-02-29 (February 29, 2024)

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2021-2024 Jayco Solstice LI, Swift, Terrain, Terrain LE, Entegra Coach Ethos LI, Expanse LI, Launch LE motorhomes. The battery relay contactors may become stuck in the closed position.

Consequence: Relays that are stuck in the closed position increase the risk of a fire during battery charging.

Remedy: Dealers will update the battery software, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 17, 2024. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903603.

24V218000 · Equipment:Recreational Vehicle/Trailer:Lpg Systems:Tank Valve/Gauge

Reported: 2024-03-21 (March 21, 2024)

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Entegra Ethos, Expanse, Jayco Solstice, and Swift vehicle. The liquid level remote fill gauge on the propane tank may leak when in the "Open" position.

Consequence: A fuel leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace the bleed valve as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 25, 2024. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903604.

24V641000 · Back Over Prevention: Sensing System: Camera

Reported: 2024-08-27 (August 27, 2024)

Jayco Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Entegra Ethos, Ethos LI, Arc, Jayco Swift, Swift LI, and Comet motorhomes. The radio software may prevent the rearview image from displaying. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 111, "Rear Visibility."

Consequence: A rearview camera image that does not display decreases the driver's visibility, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: The radio software will be updated through an over-the-air (OTA) update or by a dealer, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed September 27, 2024. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267 or FCA customer service at 1-800-853-1403. Jayco's number for this recall is FCA 24V-436.

Reported: 2024-10-14 (October 14, 2024)

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2021-2025 Entegra Ethos, Ethos LI, Jayco Swift and Swift LI vehicles. The Tire and Loading Information Label incorrectly lists the tire load range. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 110, "Tire Selection and Rims."

Consequence: Incorrect tire and load range information could cause owners to select underrated replacement tires, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will install a new corrected label, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 19, 2024. Owners may contact Jayco Customer Service at 800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903614.
