While traveling on [XXX] from Orlando to Longboat Key, FL on [XXX] at approximately [XXX], with approximately 10,000 miles on the vehicle, our roof-mounted solar panel detached from the pop-top roof at highway speed. Weather conditions were clear, calm, and dry. We did not realize the panel had detached until we stopped several hours later, at which point we discovered the panel was gone and a 16 - inch hole had been torn into the pop-top roof.
