I have owned my 2025 Jayco Granite Ridge 22T for approximately 9 months. I have encountered a number of warranty issues that are slowly being resolved. I write to you out of concern for a leaking pinion seal (at ~14,000 miles) that may lead to driveshaft and/or differential failure events including rear wheel lockup. This has been reported for the 2024 Jayco Granite Ridge 22T and a safety recall has been issued: Jayco Inc 24V-158 / Ford 24V-102 I have not been able to find any safety recalls to the 2025 model year, however I have been…

Reported: 2025-10-28 (October 28, 2025)

Jayco, Inc. (Jayco) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Entegra Condor and Jayco Granite Ridge motorhomes. The Certification Label may have the front and rear axle information reversed. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of 49 CFR Part 567, "Certification."

Consequence: A tire can be over or under inflated after referencing the incorrect information, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Jayco will mail correct labels to owners, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 7, 2025. Owners may contact Jayco customer service at 1-800-283-8267. Jayco's number for this recall is 9903641.
