INTERIOR ROOF LINING OVER THE BACK SEAT ALL OF A SUDDEN CAME LOOSE WITHOUT WARNING, FELL DOWN AND DANGLED FROM THE ROOF AND COMPLETELY BLOCKED THE VIEW IN THE REAR VIEW MIRROR OUT OF THE BACK WINDOW. THE VEHICLE OPERATION IN THIS CONDITION WAS TOTALLY UNSAFE TO OPERATE. THE DEALER WHERE I PURCHASED THE VEHICLE AND HAS PROVIDED ROUTINE MAINTENANCE SINCE I HAVE OWNED THE VEHICLE (MAINTENANCE RECORDS PROVE THIS), REPAIRED THE PROBLEM (REGLUED THE LINING IN PLACE WITH A SPECIAL ADHESIVE) AT MY COST ($493.75), CLAIMING THE PROBLEM WAS OUT OF WAR…

VEHICLE WAS LEASED NEW. VEHICLE STALLS WHEN GOING FROM REVERSE TO DRIVE AND COOLER ENGINE TEMPERATURES. DEALER SAYS THAT THERE IS NO REMEDY CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. DEALER HAS ALSO STATED THAT JAGUAR IS AWARE OF THE PROBLEM BUT DOES NOT HAVE A SOLUTION EITHER. CAR HAS LESS THAN 500 MILES ON IT. AT VEHICLE DELIVERY, VEHICLE ALSO HAD BROKEN POWER SEAT TRACK, FLAW IN HEADLIGHT AND A PAINT FLAW IN THE TRUNK.*AK
