GAS GAUGE ASSEMBLY WAS GIVING INCORRECT AMOUNT OF FUEL IN THE TANK. I RAN OUT OF GAS AND WAS STRANDED BACK IN 2009. HAD INFINITI REPLACE AND FIXED THE UNIT. NOW TWO YEARS AND ABOUT 20K MILES LATER THE FUEL GAUGE ASSEMBLY IS NOT WORKING AGAIN AS CONFIRMED BY INFINITI SERVICE TODAY (1/30/2012). I'VE READ MANY POST WHERE THIS SEEMS TO BE AN ISSUE WITH THE 2003-2004 M45 MODELS. INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6) *TT

INFINITI REFUSED TO GIVE ME A FREE EVALUATION, $140 COST, AND I ENDED UP HAVING THE SENDING UNIT REPLACED 700$ PLUS IN REPAIR. AFTER ALL THIS THE CAR HAD THE SAME PROBLEMS. DURING THESE TIMES IN STALLED I WAS ON A MAJOR BRIDG…
