I FEEL THAT MY FAMILIES IS IN DANGER WHEN DRIVING IN THESE TWO CARS. I FEEL THAT THE NHTSA SHOULD CONDUCT A INVESTIGATION ABOUT HONDA ABS PROBLEM. I FEEL THAT ABS IS …

Owner report 10116305 · 2005-04-04 (April 4, 2005)
ON 3/31/2005 WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY AT NORMAL HIGHWAY SPEEDS, THE ENGINE OF MY 1994 ACCORD (130K MILES) COMPLETELY STALLED (NO POWER). I WAS IN THE LEFT HAND LANE AND AS QUICKLY AS I COULD I PULLED ONTO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. I ALMOST RAN OVER BY THE TRUCK ON THE 1ST LANE. AFTER SITTING ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD FOR HOURS, RESTART THE CAR AND DROVE TO GASS STATION, WHICH THEY DETERMINED THAT THE IGNITER HAD FAILED AND REPLACED IT. THE GARAGE INDICATED THAT THIS IS A COMMON. THIS CAR GAVE ME NO WARNING WHAT SO EVER, IT JUST DIED. *AK
