TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 HOLIDAY RAMBLER FIFTH WHEEL TRAVEL TRAILER. WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, THE CONTACT STOPPED THE VEHICLE TO MAKE A LEFT TURN. IN THE MIDDLE OF THE TURN, THE REAR PASSENGER SIDE TIRE SHEARED OFF. THE CONTACT OBSERVED THAT THE INSIDE DIAMETER OF THE RIM WAS STILL ATTACHED, BUT THE REST OF THE RIM AND TIRE WERE GONE. HE WAS ABLE TO DRIVE 50 YARDS TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. MONACO STATED THAT THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE REPAIRS. IN 2005, THE VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED ACCORDING TO A MANUFACTURER RECALL. THE RIM…
