BLOWOUT AT 50 MPH ON SR16,ON REAR DRIVERS SIDE TIRE. TIRE TREAD CAME COMPLETELY OFF. FIRESTONE HAS TIRE FOR INSPECTION, NO RESPONSE FROM THEM FOR WAY TOO LONG.ALL OTHER TIRES DEFLATED AT ACCIDENT. REAR PASSENGER WENT THRU REAR WINDOW.CAR COMPLETELY TOTALED,AXLE FRAME BENT, WINDOWS CRUMBLED. NO OTHER VEHICLE WAS INVOLVED.DRIVER KEPT CONTROL OF VEHICLE AMAZINGLY WELL. TIRE HAD TO BE DEFECTIVE,NO OTHER REASON FOR ACCIDENT.*AK (DOT NUMBER: VO6661A156 TIRESIZE: 30X9.SR15)
