Owner report 11554639 · 2023-11-11 (November 11, 2023)
Super cruise does not work. It may turn on at random for a minute or 2 and then it shuts off with zero warning and the vehicle almost comes to a complete stop. This is a huge safety concern. I took it to the dealership and they told me that this falls on GM 100% as they are being told GMs engineers are trying to find a fix but for now there is nothing they can do, I am to continue driving it knowing this is unsafe. The turn signals and Bluetooth stopped functioning for no reason which had to be fixed Battery charging module burned up at 300 m…

This is vehicle number two. Also, please take me very seriously as I was driving the vehicle shuts off and says reduce acceleration. I drive a lot from West Bloomfield Michigan to downtown Detroit. I am having so many issues with my brand new GM vehicles please I need help. Please have somebody call me [XXX] . I love my vehicles as I am a repeat customer for years and years, but this is totally unacceptable especially that I have my kids in the car with me. Owner report 11620524 · 2024-10-18 (October 18, 2024)
The windshield wipers do not work. When the wipers are turned on, the spray comes on and does not turn off. You are unable to see as the spray keeps spraying the entire time the wipers are on. I took the dealer twice and they have been unable to repair. They now say are waiting for parts. I can't be the only one. This is very concerning. Luckily I live in Las Vegas and we have little rain. What component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request? wipers and yes How was your safety or the safety of oth…

Owner report 11681836 · 2025-08-20 (August 20, 2025)
On August 11, 2025, at about 2:52pm, my vehicle was at a complete stop at an intersection awaiting the traffic light to turn green. There was a slight downgrade slope towards the intersection. The vehicle one-pedal driving was enabled. Weather was sunny with no wind or rain. Suddenly, the vehicle started vibrating violently and started rolling into the intersection. I pressed on the brake pedal but the vehicle continued to vibrate and the vehicle rolled into the middle of the adjoining lane of traffic. There was no traffic on the roadway and n…

Owner report 11716487 · 2026-02-07 (February 7, 2026)
The frunk latch on the vehicle becomes faulty and does not recognize the hood being latched and secure when it is. While driving, the vehicle without warning will immediately limit speed to 26mph regardless of existing vehicle speed. This has occurred multiple times when driving on the highway with the vehicle immediately decelerating and then saying the hood (frunk) is open. This poses a serious danger to not only the occupants of the vehicle but also those around them on the highway. This occurred when traveling at highway speed in the middle…

Owner report 11725052 · 2026-03-17 (March 17, 2026)
While operating my 2024 GMC Hummer EV at a low speed in a school zone, I came to a complete stop at a stop sign and began making a left turn. As I initiated the turn, the steering wheel suddenly locked and became unresponsive. I was unable to turn the wheel back to the right or regain control of the vehicle’s direction. At the same time, the vehicle did not respond as expected when attempting to stop. Because I could not steer or properly control the vehicle, I collided with another vehicle. The impact with the other vehicle is what ultimately…
