Reported: 2023-03-24 (March 24, 2023)
Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2023 Forest River Pause Travel trailers. The breakaway switch may be incorrectly wired and cause the battery to not charge, resulting in no power to the breakaway switch.
Consequence: A breakaway switch that does not have power will not activate the trailer brakes, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will rewire the breakaway switch, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 3, 2023. Owners may contact Forest River Customer Service at 1-574-327-2681. Forest River's number for this recall is 426-1613.

Reported: 2023-03-24 (March 24, 2023)
Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2023 Pause travel trailers. The brake wire was routed incorrectly through the suspension, which may result in a pinched wire.
Consequence: A pinched brake wire may cause the brakes to fail, increasing the risk of a crash.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect the wire, and rewire or reroute as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 3, 2023. Owners may contact Forest River Customer Service at 1-574-327-2681. Forest River's number for this recall is 426-1615.

Reported: 2023-08-07 (August 7, 2023)
Forest River, Inc. (Forest River) is recalling certain 2023 Forest River Pause travel trailers. The awning may not be adequately secured, which can cause the awning to detach.
Consequence: An awning that detaches increases the risk of injury or crash.
Remedy: Dealers will reinstall the awning brackets on the roof, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed August 16, 2023. Owners may contact Forest River Customer Service at 1-574-327-2681. Forest River's number for this recall is 426-1662.
